Application Checklist: Keep track of the items necessary to complete your application.
General Application: Use this form to apply to any of Trinity's degree programs. Note that the form is four pages long. All four pages must be submitted for your application to be complete. If you are an international student, do not use this application. International students should contact the office for instructions about how to apply.
Instructions for the Resume/CV and autobiographical statement: Some instructions are degree specific. Please follow the guidelines. These items may be e-mailed as an attachment if desired.
Background Check Waiver: All students must complete this waiver and submit it along with the application. Additional information can be found on the form itself.
Letter of Recommendation Forms: (Please use the correct form for your degree program.)

Students in the application process often need to contact a number of on-campus resource persons. We have made this as simple as possible for you by collecting those common contacts in a centralized location.
Important dates in the admissions process:
• January 2012: Financial Aid packets are mailed this month. Please contact us if you have not received the packet by the beginning of February.
• February 15, 2012: Priority application deadline for students interested in applying for merit scholarships. All items should be in by this date in order to receive an admissions decision by the March 15th Merit Scholarship deadline.
• March 15, 2012: Merit Scholarship deadline. Information about these competitive scholarships is included in the financial aid packet. If your GPA qualifies you to apply, you do not want to miss this exceptional opportunity.
