25- Healthy Congregations Leadership Series: Money and Your Ministry

Keynote Speaker The Rev. Margaret Marcusonmargaret-web

Capital University-Ruff Memorial Learning Center

Is your organization facing a budget crisis? Is your salary stagnant? Does your church fight about money—or keep secrets about it? Two morning presentations will assist your understanding what dynamics are at play when money becomes an issue in an organization. The presentations will also address how to lead around money with lowered anxiety and more clarity. What will you take away with you? A new approach to the money challenges we all face at church. And a special opportunity from 1:30 to 3:30 for each participant! Marcuson will be providing the opportunity to learn more about leadership coaching and how processes in family and organizations impact leaders and their communities. Take this opportunity to expand your repertoire of perspectives!
