Alum Linda Henke's "Festive Red" Collection up for People's Choice Award
Linda Witte Henke, '95, who was commissioned by the ELCA to create the liturgical vestments for the installation of the Rev. Elizabeth Eaton as Presiding Bishop, has been recognized for her collection. Festive Red was selected through the Collaboration of Design + Art (COD+A) Awards process as one of the Top 100 projects for 2014. Jurors in the awards process have more recently announced Festive Red's selection as an awards finalist in the Liturgical category. The Festive Red project, which was created in collaboration with Christine Felde, is showcased at https://www.codaworx.com/awards, where the public may vote daily through June 30 for projects that will receive the COD+A People's Choice Award.
